Put my own music on today because i want to remove Gillians vocal chords with a cheese grater. I reckon tomorrow will be my rest day because my calves are getting grossly muscly and they need to back the fuck down.

I actually did this last night, and it was horrible because I was so tired and had been sitting in a comfy cinema all night.
Tonight should be better. I’m physically exhausted from exercising every day though. Adding intensive workouts on top of a 12-hour day is not the one, I’m hoping my body will adjusted in time.
